c) conducting marketing activities, including sending commercial information to the email address if the Client has consented by checking the appropriate box during the booking process based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
d) carrying out the legitimate interest of the data administrator in specific cases based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g., debt collection, establishing, pursuing, and defending against claims based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data for this purpose will be processed until the expiration of possible legal claims. Data will be processed until an objection is raised or consent withdrawn.
